This summer, don’t just see Israel—experience it. Yallah! Israel’s Jewish teen trips to Israel are designed to blend adventure, impact, and a true taste of Israeli culture. You will explore ancient cities and landscapes, cool off in crystal blue waters, and hang out with Israeli teens while creating lifelong friendships.

Trips to Israel

All Israel programs are eligible for a $3,000 Root One voucher to help cover your costs. Other scholarships for teen Israel travel are available through local synagogues and Jewish federations to further assist your costs. Learn more here. 
Adventure Israel (28 days in Israel)

Kick off your summer with four weeks of pure adventure throughout Israel. You’ll have the chance to hike along historic trails, take a dip in crystal blue waters, and connect with the land of our ancestors on this classic trip to Israel.

Plus, for one week of the trip, you get to choose your own adventure:  

Sea-to-Sea Hike: Challenge yourself on an epic trek across Israel, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Sea of Galilee. 

Volunteer Program: Make a real impact while exploring the country. 

Camp Coleman, Camp Kalsman, Camp GUCI, Camp Newman, OSRUI, Greene Family Camp, and Wilshire Boulevard Temple trips are run as an Adventure Israel-style trip. 

Non-camp affiliated teens can also join our Adventure Israel trip.

L'Dor V'Dor (7 days in Poland, 28 days in Israel)

Ready for a journey that spans generations? This 5-week program adds a first week in Poland, learning about the diaspora before traveling to Israel for four more weeks of adventure.

While in Israel, you’ll choose your adventure for one week of your trip: 

Sea-to-Sea Hike: Take on the incredible challenge of hiking from the Sea of Galilee to the Mediterranean. 

Volunteer Program: Give back to the land and its people. 

Camp Harlam, Eisner Camp, and Crane Lake Camp trips are run as a L’Dor V’Dor-style trip.  

Non-camp affiliated teens can also join our L’Dor V’Dor trip.

Tikkun Israel (21 days of volunteering in Israel)

Make a difference! This 3-week volunteer program is your chance to get to know Israel from the inside out. You’ll spend 45 hours volunteering in two different home bases and giving back to local communities.

The rest of your time will be packed with exciting activities all over Israel, ranging from surfing in the Mediterranean to dancing in a Mizrachi culture workshop.

Explore some of the world’s most famous cities and discover Europe’s vibrant Jewish diasporic history and culture. Our Europe programs take you beyond the city streets and into the heart of the continent’s stunning natural landscapes. You’ll have the chance to hike along majestic trails, explore serene lakes, take in the magnificent beauty of the countryside as part of a learning and growing experience.

Yallah! Israel is a proud partner and grantee of RootOne LLC. Seeded through a generous grant by The Marcus Foundation and powered by The Jewish Education Project, RootOne provides major subsidies for trip participants (called RootOne Vouchers) and collaborates with trip providers to maximize the educational impact of these experiences.

Instructions on how to apply for a RootOne Voucher, and how to redeem URJ’s $250 B’nei Mitzvah Certificate, will be provided after families register for a Yallah! Israel program.
