Israeli mechanech(et) Job Description
The Mechanech/et is responsible for leading and managing the group, including the staff, transmission of the educational content and supervising the participants. As part of this role, you will be asked to prepare a compelling narrative description for each of the various sites, be in touch with the service providers and the bus driver and plan the route about the logistical considerations. There will be a preparation course (educators’ course) that will prepare you to do what is required. During the course, you will visit and learn about the various sites in the country where you will lead and guide the group in the summer. You will receive educational and practical knowledge that will help you manage all aspects of the program. You will get to know the other educators and get feedback on your public speaking and teaching skills. We will pay you pro rata each month from the total amount of your salary.
